The RVC 1500 (retractable capstan) is an innovative docking solution for vessels wanting to “stow” the capstan below decks when not in use. At the push of a button the drum will rise above deck level providing the skipper or mate with a docking capstan. Then when it is no longer required the RVC can be retracted so that it’s flush with the deck (and not in the way of rigging, walkways, lines etc).
